Gov. Soludo pays WAEC fees for ss3 students
The Governor of Anambra State, His Excellency Prof. Charles Chukwuma Soludo ( CFR ), has on Tuesday the 26th day of November 2024, in his tour to secondary schools, visited Demonstration Secondary School, College of Education, Nsugbe.
Governor Soludo had earlier declared free education from pre-nursery to SS3 in all the public schools in the state to lift financial burden of the parents when it comes to academics and instructs all the schools never to collect a dime all in the name of levy from the students, not even PTA levy.
In His Speech, He praised the students for their neatness and hardworking spirit. He Therefore promised to pay all their WAEC fees and requested that those who have paid should be refunded with immediate effect.
The students were more than excited as they hailed the Governor and called him the Solution Governor.
The school management were overwhelmed and appreciated Mr. Governor in their vote of thanks, assuring him of voting for him for second tenure.
